Windows 10 installed .net Framework 3.5 0X800F0954 errors

Install .net Framework What's new in Windows 10 console functions in Windows 3.5，If there are errors jump out 0X800F0954，Then there may have enabled internal WSUS server，And the server can not make you the right to download .net Framework 3.5。

Workaround You can turn off the function WSUS，Directly through the official update。
1.Enforcement regedit。

2.展開至HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsWindowsUpdateAU，The UseWUServer changed to 0。

3.The Windows Update service is restarted。

4.Again install the .net Framework 3.5，Remember to change back to Bahrain UseWUServer 1。
